Some customers used to complain about the leg space in the previous swifts offered by the company, but now there wishes will come true as the new swift is now wider than ever with longer wheelbase as well. Which means more legroom for the rear passengers and the boot space is also increased to 268 litres.
Now if we talk about the engines offered by the company, there will be a 1.2-litre K-Series petrol engine producing the same 82 bhp and 115 Nm of peak torque, on the other hand the 1.3-litre DDiS diesel remains unchanged too and will produce 74 bhp and 190 Nm of peak torque. Both the variants will have a 5-speed manual transmission and an automatic transmission as well.
